# Get started
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/ai-jobs/setup
To run Lavita AI Jobs, you first need to install the [Theta Edge Node](https://docs.thetatoken.org/docs/setup-theta-edge-node). Once you launch the app, it will automatically create a wallet for new users, while existing users will be connected to their existing wallets. Now, go to **Settings**.
Enable **Lavita (AI/ML)**, and save your settings.
Once saved, your device will start receiving AI jobs.
Once a job is completed, rewards remain unconfirmed until the job is processed and validated.
Each node (wallet address) can run Lavita AI jobs **every five hours**. Payouts are batched and sent during the first week of each month.
## Rewards Calculation
Your reward amount is based on two key factors:
1. **GPU Usage** – Whether your Edge Node (EN) is utilizing a GPU and the type of GPU in use.
2. **Elite Edge Node (EEN) Status** – If your EN qualifies as an Elite Edge Node (EEN), meaning you’ve staked in this EN, you earn additional rewards.
ENs that both **use a GPU** and **qualify as an Elite Edge Node** receive **higher rewards**.
# Troubleshooting
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/ai-jobs/troubleshooting
If you're not receiving any Lavita AI Jobs, it could be due to a few reasons.
## Check System Specifications
If you're encountering errors or noticing that jobs are not completing, verify that your system meets these minimum requirements.
A machine with only a **CPU** and at least **16GB of RAM** should be able to receive and run AI Jobs without any issues, assuming there is a minimum amount of disk space (**preferably at least 10GB free**).
## Check Logs
To help us better understand the source of issues with your AI Jobs, in case of failure, find the following two logs:
* **`qa_main.log`**This file contains logs for every step of running AI Jobs. You can check this file line by line to see what actually happens when your jobs are running. In case of failure, reviewing this file provides insights into where the issue might be.
* **`qa_progress.log`**This file captures system logs, including [`stdout`](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_streams) and [`stderr`](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_streams). It helps display the progress of AI Jobs on the Edge Node UI while also catching error messages or diagnostics.
Logs path on **Mac**: `/Users/[your_username]/Library/Application Support/Theta Edge Node/ThetaEdgeNode/lavita/data/models`
Logs path on **Windows**: `C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Roaming\Theta Edge Node\ThetaEdgeNode\lavita\data\models`
The following table includes the log messages in **`qa_main.log`**:
| Log | Explanation |
| ---------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Loading dataset | Dataset for fine-tuning is being loaded/downloaded |

# LAVITA token
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/faq/lavita-token
If you staked Lavita tokens from your Theta Wallet, either web wallet or mobile wallet, and they suddenly disappear consider adding them first, click on **ADD TOKEN** and use the following information:
Ticker symbol: **LAVITA**\
Decimals: **18**\
Token address: **0x46fBF4487fA1B9C70d35BD761c51c360dF9459ed**
After that click on **STAKE** again next to Lavita tokens, even if the balance is zero you should be able to see your staked Lavita tokens and rewards.
If you withdrew vLavita from your Edge Node and you can't find them in your wallet, please follow the next steps:
If you send Lavita from your Edge Node to your wallet and see zero Lavita, it means the Edge Node sent it to its subchain in your wallet. To view it, you need to go to the Theta `mainnet` and click on **Cross Chain Transfer**.
From there, follow these steps:
1. **Select chain:** LAVITA
2. **Asset:** TFUEL
3. **Amount:** At least **10 TFUEL** (this is the gas fee to send Lavita from its chain to Theta Mainnet)
Once you've completed this, go to Lavita Mainnet.
Then:
1. Ensure you have **at least 10 TFUEL** for gas fees.
2. Click on **Metachain**.
3. The **Destination chain** will automatically be set to **Main Chain**.
4. **Asset:** vLAVITA
5. **Amount:** Any amount you want to transfer. Keep in mind that each transaction requires at least **10 TFUEL + gas fees**.
# Introduction
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/medical-sphere/introduction
Lavita AI’s [Medical Sphere](https://sphere.lavita.ai/) is the go-to platform for real-time evaluation of foundation models on any medical or clinical task, at scale. We’re building a global network of medical professionals, alongside a growing community of users, to create the most trusted and comprehensive ecosystem for medical AI.
## How It Works
On the Medical Sphere, users can evaluate and test various AI models on medical tasks. They can chat with two foundation models and compare their performance based on criteria such as correctness and helpfulness. Everything begins with asking a medical question. Users can engage in either a **single-turn** or **multi-turn** conversation, then compare the responses from both models and vote for one of the following options:
1. **Model A is better**
2. **Model B is better**
3. **It’s a tie** (both models performed well)
4. **Neither** (neither model provided a good response)
## Comparison Modes
There are two modes of comparison on the Medical Sphere. By default, the models remain **anonymous** to ensure an objective comparison. However, users can choose to switch off the **“Anonymous”** option and manually select which models to compare—this is called a **non-anonymous comparison**. In **anonymous mode**, after submitting a vote, the model names will be revealed.
## Live Leaderboard
Medical Sphere features a live leaderboard where users can track the real-time performance of AI models. To ensure fairness, rankings are based only on anonymous votes - cases where the model's identity is hidden from the evaluator , helping eliminate bias in the evaluation process.
We also actively monitor and review voting logs to filter out non-medical queries and instances where model identities are revealed in the responses. The leaderboard is periodically refreshed based on this cleaned, high-quality data , so what you see reflects meaningful, trustworthy feedback from the community.
When reporting results on our **leaderboard**, we only consider votes from anonymous battles. Additionally, while users can ask any type of question, we filter out votes on **non-medical or non-clinical** conversations when aggregating results. Therefore, we encourage users to focus on **medical questions**, as votes on non-medical topics will not be counted.
# Medical professionals
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/medical-sphere/medical-professionals
If you’re a medical professional anywhere in the world, you can now receive a **verified badge** on Medical Sphere. After creating an account, simply navigate to your user settings and open the **Medical Verification** tab. From there, you can submit a verification request using your institutional email. *(Additional verification options, including automated license verification, are coming soon.)*
Verified medical professionals will gain access to **exclusive opportunities**, including participation in research and industry collaborations. We strongly encourage and welcome clinicians across all regions and languages to join us. Medical professionals have a critical role to play in shaping an AI-augmented healthcare future—and their insights are essential to making AI safer, more effective, and more clinically relevant.
Our team will actively review medical verification requests. If you encounter any issues during the verification process, please email us at [**sphere@lavita.ai**](mailto:sphere@lavita.ai)—we’ll get back to you and help you get your badge as soon as possible.
# Medical Sphere models
Source: https://docs.lavita.ai/medical-sphere/models
The Medical Sphere features a growing list of models that users can chat with **for free, without limitations**! These models include both **general-purpose** and **medical** foundation models.
We **actively welcome new models** on our platform. If you have a model—or know of one—that you believe should be included in the Evaluation Sphere, please email us at [**sphere@lavita.ai**](mailto:sphere@lavita.ai) with a link to the model.
We also welcome **partnerships and collaborations** with model providers interested in contributing to the open evaluation of medical and clinical models. Currently, we’re particularly looking for partners who can support the Medical Evaluation Sphere by providing **dedicated or serverless endpoints** for the growing list of models we are adding. If you're interested in partnering with us, please reach out at [**sphere@lavita.ai**](mailto:sphere@lavita.ai).
